Only 1 free trial is allowed per user (or household), and signing up after canceling your free trial will result in automatic billing at the retail price of $500.00. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you forfeit the remainder of your subscription for the time that remains in your billing cycle. If you forget to cancel while taking the free trial, your payment will not be refunded, no exceptions. Staying on as a member past the free trial week is your commitment to becoming a paying member, so your payment will not be refunded, no exceptions.
16) You will be billed on the same date each month/year and your subscription will automatically renew at the rates you signed up for unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of your billing period. Please make a note of your subscription date should you ever wish to cancel prior to your next renewal date to avoid being billed, as we do not offer refunds (no exceptions). PayPal users can manage their subscription within their PayPal account, and Credit Card users on our site will be able to manage their account inside the Member Area.
17) Monthly membership fees
Monthly fees will be automatically billed to your credit card. All transactions are processed and trusted with PayPal. Members are billed $99.95 for the first 30 days on the date after your 7 day trial is expired. After the promotional period of 30 days, Members pay $249.95 a month. The day that your trial expires is the same day that you will be charged each month as long as you continue the service. If you cancel your service and wish to reactivate, you will be charge the retail amount monthly of $500.00 per month.
17) Cancellations
To cancel your membership, you must do so before your next payment is due. Pro-rates and refunds are not available once you have been billed for the current month. To cancel membership, please cancel by logging onto your account and Cancel or contact us. Please Allow us 24-48 hours to get back in contact with you.
18) Declined Credit Cards
If your credit card is declined you will be notified via email. If we receive no response from you within 48 hours, you will not be able to access the Classes on the third day.
19) Single User Policy.
Membership is for a single user only and may not be shared with others. Separate membership must be obtained for each user.
20) Termination Policy
learneminidaytrading.com reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice, for any reason.
